Privacy Notice

Kaisa (the data controller; contact [email protected]) collects the email address you submit, together with the time of submission, the country your request originates from, and the version of this consent text.

Purpose & legal basis. Kaisa is in active development. We process this data solely to email you about Kaisa's availability and early access — not for newsletters, marketing, or any other purpose. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by clicking "Join".

Retention. We keep your address until you ask us to remove it or withdraw consent, after which it is deleted.

Storage & international transfer. Your data is stored in Cloudflare KV. Cloudflare is a global provider and data may be processed outside the European Economic Area under Cloudflare's data-processing safeguards. We do not sell or share your address with third parties.

Your rights. You may request access, rectification, or erasure of your data, and withdraw consent at any time (GDPR Art. 7(3), 15–17), by emailing [email protected].

Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, enabled automatically at Cloudflare's edge. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it sets no cookies and does not track you across sites, so no cookie-consent banner is needed.
